How ordering works

- I’ll try to place the characters in the order you selected, but in rare circumstances I may rearrange them to make them fit.
- I’ll place stars around your characters
- I’ll email you a watermarked digital proof to approve before I print your mug. Please note that if 72 hours pass without your feedback on the digital proof, I will produce the mug as is. You can waive the digital proof for faster production.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for production after you approve the design.
