- Send an email to email@example.com with your order number and the reason for your return
- Once I confirm that your item are eligible for return, return your items in its original shipping package
You will be refunded the your order total minus the shipping cost. You will be responsible for purchasing the return label.
I recommend returning items with shipping service that provides tracking. I am unable to offer a refund on items that are lost in transit without tracking information.
Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
The following are not eligible for return
- Phone cases
- Laptop sleeves
- Certain apparel fulfilled through third parties
- Clearance items
