Note on Covid-19 and international shipping

Whew! The world is something of a mess right now! To prevent frustration over undeliverable packages, I currently do NOT ship to countries with carrier disruptions due to covid-19. Any orders addressed to these countries will be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping cost

  • US: Flat rate $5*. All orders of $60 or more ship for free.
  • Canada: Flat rate $15*
  • Everywhere else: Flat rate $20*

*Phone cases, mugs, and laptop cases costs are calculated separately; your total will be calculated at checkout. Please see section “Special shipping for certain items” for more information.

Special shipping for certain items

In order to offer you a larger variety of merch, I’ve partnered with Printful and other third parties on certain products. These products include

  • Phone cases
  • Laptop cases

These items ship directly from the manufacturer and have their shipping costs calculated separately. However, they ship to international locations for a much lower shipping cost!

Damaged Items

While I ship items in protective packaging, accidents do happen. Please reach out to me within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item with

  • Pictures of the packaging
  • Pictures of item

This way, I can file a claim with the carrier. If damages aren’t reported within this time frame, I may not be able to file a claim, and I won’t be able to accept responsibility for the damage.

Hold on to the damaged item and packaging in case additional details are needed!

Lost/Stolen Items

All orders ship with tracking information. If the tracking information shows delivered, but you don’t receive the item, you should alert your local authority. I can also help you reach out to the post office and locate your package and file a claim. However, lost and stolen items are NOT eligible for refunds.

All orders ship in plain packaging to minimize risk of theft. If lost and stolen packages are a particular problem in your area, some things you can do to prevent it are

  • Ship to your office
  • Ship to a family or friend who will be home
  • Hold your mail for pick up at a local post office

Wrong Address

We all hate when that happens! If you reach out to me and let me know about a wrong address before I send you your tracking number, I will try my best to correct the shipping information. However, I make no guarantees and do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses.

If an item is returned to sender with the wrong address, the cost to ship the item will NOT be refunded. I will also charge the additional shipping cost to send it to the right address.

If an item is sent to the wrong address and not returned to sender, the order and shipping will NOT be refunded.

Therefore, please verify your address before placing your order!

Customs, duties, and fees, etc

For international orders, these fees may apply. These fees are NOT included in your shipping charge, and you will be responsible for paying them.

Should you refuse to pay these fees upon delivery, I do NOT offer refunds for the shipping cost or cost of your goods
